Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RYHANAH website (ryhanah.com) and services operated by RYHANAH Sweets LLC("RYHANAH," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website and services, including board cutting services.

RYHANAH provides the following services:

• Board Cutting to Size: Custom cutting of birch plywood, MDF, melamine, and acrylic boards to specified dimensions, with optional edge banding.

All services are custom-made to your specifications based on details provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse reservations that we deem unsafe, impractical, or in violation of applicable laws.

• All prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• The minimum reservation value is د.إ 50.00.
• Prices shown on our website at the time of reservation placement are final. We do not retroactively change prices on confirmed reservations.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect reservations already placed and confirmed.
• Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their specific terms and may be withdrawn without notice.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all dimensions, materials, and specifications are correct before placing a reservation.
• For board cutting, measurements must be provided in millimeters. We cut to within ±0.1mm tolerance.
• We may contact you if there are issues with your specifications. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we may cancel the reservation and issue a refund.

We send reservation confirmations and status updates (e.g. confirmed, shipped, delivered, cancelled) by email and, when you provide a phone number, by SMS. Providing a valid email and phone helps ensure you receive these transactional messages; marketing communications are separate and only sent with your consent.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa / Mastercard
• Debit cards
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment must be received before production begins (except for COD reservations). For COD reservations, full payment is due upon delivery. Refused COD deliveries may result in the customer being charged for return shipping costs.

• Production begins after reservation confirmation and payment verification.
• Standard production and delivery takes 2-4 business days.
• Express delivery is available for an additional fee of د.إ 50.00.
• Free standard shipping is available on reservations over د.إ 500.00.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

All our products — custom-cut boards — are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. We are therefore only liable for returns or remedies when the product you receive does not match the agreed configurations (e.g. wrong dimensions, wrong colors or materials, or a faulty or incorrect product). In all other cases, once you retrieve or accept delivery of your reservation, we are not liable for any returns and will not accept return requests; correctly made custom products cannot be returned.

• Non-conforming reservations (our fault): If the product does not match the agreed specifications (wrong dimensions, colors, materials, or faulty/incorrect result), we will offer either a full refund or a product replacement at your choice, at no additional cost. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• Damaged in transit: If your reservation arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Correctly made reservations / customer error: Reservations that are produced correctly according to your specifications are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color chosen by you, or any reason other than non-conformity or transit damage as above. Please double-check all measurements and specifications before submitting.
• Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.

All RYHANAH products come with a 2-year warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects in cut boards (delamination, incorrect dimensions)
• Structural failure of products under normal use
• Edge banding adhesion failure

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, modification, or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
• Items damaged after delivery due to handling by the customer

• Customers retain ownership of all files and designs they upload.
• By uploading files, customers warrant they have the right to reproduce the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
• RYHANAH is not responsible for verifying the intellectual property rights of customer-provided designs.
• We will not share, sell, or use customer files for any purpose other than fulfilling the reservation.
• The RYHANAH name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RYHANAH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reservation in question.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify existing customers of significant changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
