Terms of sale

A reservation placed on the website involves no online payment. It becomes a firm purchase once our team has confirmed it by phone.

The minimum reservation is 2,500 DA. A reservation may contain no more than 50 items, each in a quantity of 1 to 100.

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DA), all taxes included. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of reservation, recalculated and verified by our servers.

Delivery charges are shown before the reservation is confirmed.

Payment is made in cash on delivery, to the courier, upon receipt of the packages.

We deliver to every wilaya in Algeria. Lead times are indicative and are confirmed during the confirmation call.

Check the number and condition of the packages in the presence of the courier and report any irregularity immediately.

A missing part or a piece defective on opening must be reported within 7 days of delivery: we send the missing part, or collect and refund the defective piece. No returns are accepted for a piece in good condition.

Every piece has a 1-year warranty from delivery, included in the price. If a panel breaks in normal use, we provide the replacement panel free of charge; its delivery is paid by the customer. Boards cut to size are not covered by this warranty. Details on the Returns and warranty page.

You may cancel a reservation as long as it has not shipped, from the “Track a reservation” page or by calling us.
