Reservation and payment
Do I have to pay online?
No. You reserve with no online payment at all. We call you to confirm, then you pay the courier in cash when your furniture arrives.
Why do you call me after I reserve?
To confirm the piece, the finish, the address and the delivery lead time. Nothing is made or shipped without your confirmation.
Is there a minimum amount?
Yes, the minimum reservation is 2,500 DA.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Use the “Track a reservation” page or give us a call.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Algeria?
Yes, we deliver to every wilaya, right to your door.
How much does delivery cost?
1,500 DA per reservation, free on purchases of 50,000 DA or more.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 7 working days after phone confirmation, depending on the wilaya and the piece.
How is the furniture delivered?
Flat-packed, in labelled boxes. The number of packages, their dimensions and their weight are listed on every product page.
Assembly
Is assembly difficult?
No. Every part is labelled, every hole is pre-drilled and the illustrated instructions follow the assembly order. A Phillips screwdriver is all you need; a power drill saves time.
Is the hardware included?
Yes, all hardware is included. The exact list appears on the technical sheet of each piece.
A part is missing or a panel broke?
A part missing on opening: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we send it free of charge. A panel that breaks later is covered by the 1-year warranty: the replacement panel is free, only its delivery is at your cost. Ask from "Track a reservation" or call us.
Can I return a piece?
Only if it is defective on opening, within 7 days of delivery: we collect it at our cost and refund it. A piece in good condition is not taken back or exchanged.
Is the furniture under warranty?
Yes, for one year from delivery, included in the price. If a panel breaks in normal use, the replacement panel is free; only its delivery is at your cost.

Where is your furniture made?
In Algeria. RYHANAH designs and makes all its furniture in Algeria.
Where is the website hosted?
In Algeria. Your reservation data is stored in Algeria.
What is your furniture made of?
18 mm E1-rated melamine-faced particleboard (moisture-resistant board for bathrooms), ABS edging and branded hardware. Full details are on the technical sheet.
Are the listed dimensions exact?
Yes. The technical sheet gives the width, depth and height of the assembled piece, to the millimetre.
How does augmented reality work?
On the product page, tap “View in my room” on an Android phone or iPhone: the piece appears in your room at full scale. On a computer, scan the QR code shown on screen.
