Overview

Side table 50×50 with shelf: a soft-cornered top on a ring of arched slab panels.

50×50 cm, 50 cm high: the top rests on a ring of four slab panels cut with arches from the floor — one arch along the front and back, one at each end, all springing from the same line.
Soft R60 corners on the top; the ring is set 30 mm in, so the top reads as a lid over an arcade.
Corners cam-locked and every panel cam-locked into the top along its length: a closed box that cannot rack, the top carried on all four sides.
A shelf inside the arcade, 150 mm off the floor, for books and baskets.
QAWS collection — arches.
